John,

I just wanted to say thanks for mentioning my article in IDEA Fitness Journal!

My hope is that the IDEA article would encourage further discussion in the fitness industry about the show. Thanks for taking part in that discussion!

Amanda

That doesn't make sense to me either. Are you sure that's what he said? I'm not to sure what an x power bar is but i can't imagine an orange would be MORE harmful. Is English your second or third language? Maybe you misunderstood.

i guess is easy to judge some ones mistakes and not see ones own,i agree with your point of view at the todays show with the push up and pull up argument the way you train people i somehow correct it makes sense, but the nutritionist that come with you to the work shops some how they dont know what they are trying to say i remember when i wewnt to take you r course one of your colleagues argue that the sugar in on orange is more harmful than one x power bar. isnt natural more healthy than any food that has been process and getting into these will lead atoms, cells molecules. i guess every one makes mistakes

sorry to hear about your hurt, sounds like a trip I would like bikeing through italy. What is plyo push ups and how do u do them?

Plo push-ups are like Burpees. They come from the military. Imagine, standing with a rifle in your hand, diving to the ground, kicking your legs out as in a push-up then immediately rebounding back to your feet with your rifle ready.
